Sri Harekrushna Tripathy was the inspiring instrument of The Mother. With the inspiration and guidance of Sri Animesh Samantaray (Matrubhban, Cuttack) he and a group of devoted persons like Sri Gadadhar Parida and Sri Nirmal Kumar Sarangi of Baripada contacted Prapatti and Babaji Maharaj for the installation of Sri Aurobindo's Relics at this place. Sri Champaklalji visited this place with Sri Animesh Samantray in 1978 and 1981 and was greatly impressed. In the mean time Sri Harekrushna Tripathy left his body , but the fire of aspiration that was kindled in the hearts of the people lead them to work for the installation of Sri Aurobindo's Relics on 15th April, 1984, 11.30 AM.

The Message Inscribed on Samadhi | To Thee who hast been the material envelope of our Master, to Thee our infinite gratitude. Before Thee who hast who hast done so much for us, who hast worked, struggled, suffered, hoped, endured so much, before Thee who hast willed all, attempted all, prepared, achieved all for us, before Thee we bow down and implore that we may never forget, even for a moment, all we owe to Thee. -The Mother |
